chili stuffed peppers

roasted peppers stuffed with our autumn chili and topped with mac sauce and scallions! *we will be using green peppers this round!

ingredients: yellow pepper, pinto beans, kidney beans, black beans, quinoa, butternut squash, tomatoes, red lentils, onions, carrots, green peppers, scallions, garlic, cumin, sage, rosemary, chili powder

mac sauce:  carrots, zucchini, potatoes, onion, tahini, dry mustard, red pepper, lemon, garlic, kosher salt
