Who doesn't appreciate a hearty meal that is quick, tasty, AND healthy? Not loaded with sodium like most commercially-prepared soups. I steam an entire head of cauliflower and pour this over it before serving. VERY filling and the taste is 100% authentic. I have not idea how Carrie does it!
