Be it ever so humble…

This was a great dish…not very different from the usual meaty texture of the original.

So satisfying

Growing up I couldn't stand my mom's "shepherd pie", probably for my sheer dislike of beef. However, Carrie has made this into another masterpiece. The lentils and the sweet potato - a marriage made in heaven in your mouth!

Farmers Pie with Mashed Sweet Potato

Excellent. I cook like this all the time, but as I have gone back to work it is nice to be able to order meals like I cook and have them ready to go when I get home.Peter and Tim both enjoy them, also. This meal is filling and tastes delicious.
