i know, i know. it sounds insane. but hear me out... they're delicious!
*these will not come assembled or with buns/condiments! they're just the carrot dogs themselves so you can grill, pan-fry, or microwave them! the picture is for inspiration. they will come par-cooked and ready for the grill!
ingredients: carrots, vegetable broth, coconut aminos, vinegar, maple syrup, liquid smoke, mustard, garlic, onion
best to reheat on the grill, pan-fry, or oven/air fryer, but microwaving works, too!

All three of us thought they tasted like hotdogs, but if I made them I would probably parboil the carrots first. They were a little too crunchy to be convincing.
When I first heard about carrot dogs, I laughed and thought it'd just be a carrot in a bun. But the flavors remind me of hot dogs without the animal byproducts. It's my favorite item and I don't feel guilty about eating several of them.
It sounds odd and although it's not a 'hot dog', it has a lot of the same flavors. I absolutely love them and don't feel guilty eating 4 of them. Guilt free and cruelty free!
