I am still getting used to quinoa but found this salad bowl a good and healthy, tasty mix.
Hands down my favorite meal! I am all for the Mexican food! So much goodness! I split up the meal to be able to enjoy it twice. I buy the pint of pico (I begged for Joyfull Eats to sell separately as it so delicious) to be able to go "heavy" on the Mexican feel.
I absolutely love this dish! I hope it continues as a mainstay. It is pure yummy-ness!
